In early 2026, the vision in my right eye suddenly plummeted to just 10%. Doctors in Hong Kong diagnosed me with thyroid eye disease—an autoimmune condition—and recommended surgery to remove part of the orbital bone, alongside the use of immunosuppressants. They also mentioned that a company in mainland China had developed an injectable treatment specifically for this condition; however, as the drug had not yet received regulatory approval in Hong Kong, I would have to travel to the mainland to receive it.

Having always preferred natural therapies and being averse to invasive procedures, I consulted Karen to see if there might be a less traumatic approach. After patiently assessing my situation and thoroughly researching the new treatment from the mainland, Karen explained that it was not a conventional, broad-spectrum immunosuppressant, but rather a targeted therapy focused specifically on my eye condition. To help preserve at least my left eye—which was also beginning to show symptoms—she advised me to go to the mainland immediately to receive the treatment course consisting of eight injections. Throughout this period, Karen provided ongoing support using nutritional supplements, colorpuncture, and quantum optimisation. She always took the time to clearly explain the rationale behind every adjustment to my supplement regimen, and I have always placed my full trust in her.

After about six months, I have completed a course of eight injections. My left eye has shown no flare-ups, and, remarkably, the vision in my right eye has recovered to 80%—a level better than that of many others, especially considering I am over 80 years old. My thyroid hormones have also all returned to normal. I vividly recall that when I was receiving my third injection, another patient in the adjacent bed—also suffering from thyroid eye disease—shared that his vision had dropped to below 10% during a flare-up, yet he saw no improvement at all even after completing eight injections. I feel incredibly fortunate to have met Karen; her logical analysis, patient explanations, and supportive presence gave me great confidence. I am firmly convinced that her complementary treatment was the primary reason for the recovery of my vision.
